In the mornings we begin in the body with movement and presence. Daily sessions hold experiences that reach what everyday life rarely touches. The evenings allow what’s shifted to deepen and inspire.
And the hours in between hold everything else. Coastal walks, unhurried lunches, afternoons by the sea, an evening of music and dancing under the stars….
This is a week you embody.
